OUR MISSION
The Pastoral Care Centre offers: – sanctuary to those who are worn out and tired, – water to the thirsty – community and space to gather – encounters with the Living Christ – and welcomes the marginalised, lost and voiceless “Samaritan’s” in our midst …with acceptance and love.
- Pastoral Care is one of the faces of Northfield.
- Clients who come from our community get to see and experience Northfield for the first time.
- They have already gone the extra mile to find out about Northfield through scouting where to find help.
- We have to be intentional about these clients, as they are our future congregation and have already bought into Northfield through their donations.
- Our clients look to Northfield for restoration.
- Because they have been served by Northfield and have found value, they often want to give back and also promote Northfield through positive word of mouth.
