• Develop, plan, co-ordinate, facilitate & manage youth & young adult ministry that is relevant, meaningful and powerful for teens and young adults
• Pastor teens and young adults
• Ideally start April 2011

Experience, temperament and skills requirements

• A living and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion to bring about a God inspired youth generation
• Acknowledge and value Methodist ethos
• Clear leadership ability and experience
