thank you
Weekly Greeting: Sunday 13 July
Dear Friends
Warm greetings.
If you are hearing a lot of buzz around the phrase "24/7 Prayer" here is a little more explanation. 24/7 Prayer is a world-wide movement of prayer that takes prayer onto the streets. Through this movement God has reached into the lives of so many people who would never be seen in church. We are so happy that we will have two folk from the 24/7 Prayer movement with us here at Northfield for a whole week, beginning on Monday, 28 July. They are Philip Togwell and Ian Newman. They will be sharing their stories in many different parts of Northfield. Have a close look at their itinerary with us and make sure that you don't miss out. The big event is on Saturday morning, 2 August and it is called Living the Kingdom-life. Early registration is important and you will see the details inside today's bulletin.
Weekly Greeting: Sunday 18 May
Dear Friends
Warm greetings! I came across an article titled "Can we ever be accused of saying thank you too many times?" How would you respond? Personally I doubt whether it is possible to say thank you too many times. Somehow a thank you communicates warmth, gratitude and genuine appreciation. In this respect I wonder how God enjoyed our time of saying thank you as a congregation of Friday night? I wonder it it brought a smile to God's face. I think it did!
